Four people were charged Sunday after officers of the Bellefontaine Police Department investigated a reported 1:15 a.m. fight outside 817 Heritage Court.
Christian Wilkinson, 19, of Houston, was observed stumbling and staggering along Heritage Drive as police arrived. He was charged with public intoxication and underage consumption of alcohol.
His statements led officers back to Jessica Miller’s 817 Heritage Court, Apt. 69, residence.
Police confirmed the 19-year-old woman and two other men also consumed alcohol with Mr. Wilkinson.
She was charged with underage consumption as were Lane Sharp, 19, of 160 Lakewood Drive, Apt. 47, and Trevor Fields, 20, of Sidney. Mr. Sharp was served a warrant for failure to appear.
There were no charges filed in the altercation between Mr. Fields and Mr. Wilkinson.

Kami Irwin, 34, of 224 W. Brown Ave., was charged Saturday with theft of a dangerous drug.
She allegedly took prescription opiate pain relievers from David Haw while taking care of housework at his 417 E. Chillicothe Ave. residence.
She denied taking the drugs.
Papers served
Officers served warrants and summonses to:
• David Frazier, 30, of 547 E. Columbus Ave., Apt. 23: failure to appear; and
• Daniel Prior, 23, of Marysville: Union County warrant failure to appear.
