Ordinance No. 22-27 – Passed May 24, 2022. An ordinance authorizing the Service Safety Director to seek proposals and/or advertise for bids and enter into contracts with the selected bidders for the construction of a water department storage building and declaring an emergency.
Ordinance No. 22-42 – Passed May 24, 2022. An ordinance authorizing the acceptance of a 0.220 acre parcel of real estate at the south end of Kelly Court and a 0.053 acre parcel at the east end of Kristina Drive for street right-of- way purposes and authorizing all necessary elected and/or appointed public officials to execute any street dedication plats approving and accepting same and declaring an emergency.

PUBLIC MEETING
The Washington Township Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing concerning proposed amendments to the Washington Township Zoning Resolution on Monday, June 13, 2022, at 6:30 PM at the Washington Township Hall located at 7464 County Rd. 91, Lewistown, Ohio 43333.
The proposed amendments, initiated by motion of the Zoning Commission, propose to amend Article XII Definitions, and create Section 571 Solar Energy Systems and Section 572 Medical Marijuana: General Conditions.
