Columbus Ave., Suite 100, Bellefontaine, Ohio 43311, Thursday, April 23, 2020, 10:00 A.M., Ohio Standard Time for the purpose of furnishing LOG 2020 Sign Upgrade: PID#111045: various traffic signs, hardware, materials and posts.
