The public will take notice that on the 9th day of November, 2020, Jessica Lauren Haushalter, et al, petitioners, filed a petition in the Court of Common Pleas of Logan County, Ohio, in Case No. IR20-10-0041 relating to certain real property situated in the City of Bellefontaine, County of Logan, State of Ohio, and described as follows: Being Lots No. 5104-5115 and also being all of the lots in Shadowbrooke Subdivision IV, all as set forth on the recorded plat of said Shadowbrooke Subdivision IV in the Logan County Recorder’s Office.
The petitioners demand that the Court alter the plat of Shadowbrooke Subdivision IV in said City so that the (1) That the twenty foot (20’) wide walkway easement located in southern portion of Lots No. 5110, 5111, 5112, and 5113 shall be removed; (2) A new ten foot (10’) wide walkway easement shall be added to the plat of said Subdivision and shall be located along the southern lot line of Lots 5110, 5111, 5112, 5113, 5114 and 5115, and overlapping an existing ten foot (10’) electric easement; and (3) The new easement referenced in a Judgment Entry recorded at Volume 1374, Page 547 of the Official Records of the Logan County Recorder, is more particularly located as indicated on the Exhibit A attached to said petition and identified as the “Proposed 10’ Sanitary Sewer Easement” which replaces the twenty foot (20’) Utility Easement that was vacated. The alteration of the plat of said Subdivision is to allow improvements on Lot Nos. 5110, 5111 and 5112 of said Subdivision without interference with any easements.

This matter will come on for hearing in the Court of Common Pleas, Logan County Courthouse, Bellefontaine, Ohio, on January 4, 2021 at 9:00 o’clock A.M.
