Lana Runkle Titus, a Champaign County native with family in Logan County, has been selected as one of five women nationwide to be featured in Women’s Health magazine’s National Fitness Star challenge.

The contest, which runs through Aug. 4, is featured in the July/August edition of Women’s Health that was released this week.
Titus, 35, is a 2000 Graham High School graduate and is married to Zac Titus. They reside in Los Angeles.
She said she got into fitness after the first of three pregnancies.
“I started fitness after the birth of my first daughter and gaining 40 pounds.I knew that I could get comfortable with the extra weight and wanted to be a role model for her,” Titus wrote. “I discovered through my own journey I could help and inspire others to live a healthy, happy life.”
Over the next 12 years, she said she has helped “everyone from busy moms to celebrities find a fun way to stay healthy that fits into their lifestyles.”
