Vicki Kiser, 61, of Urbana, went home to be with the Lord in her home Wednesday, Nov. 1, 2017.
She was born Sept. 24, 1956, in Bellefontaine, a daughter of Lloyd and Betty Wilcoxon Davis. Vicki was well-known in her community, amongst her friends at Rotary Manor, and was a member of First Baptist Church in Urbana.
She earned her master’s degree in psychology from Urbana University and spent many years advocating and counseling individuals with addiction and mental illness.
Vicki spent the last several years enjoying the things she loved — the sunshine, planting flowers, sharing the word of God and spending time with friends and family.
She didn’t know a stranger and was well known for her hugs.

She was preceded in death by her father, Lloyd Davis.
Calling is from noon to 3 p.m. Monday, Nov. 6, in the Walter & Lewis Funeral Home, Urbana, followed by a service at 3 p.m. with the Rev. Brian Wonn officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the First Baptist Church, 401 N. Main St., Urbana, OH 43078.
