Angela Kay Hawley, 67, of Russells Point, passed away at 6:40 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 1, 2017, at Mary Rutan Hospital.
She was born in Meigs County on Oct. 28, 1950, to the late Martin and Ruby Lee Major. She is survived by her children, Richard Hawley, Sherry Horsley and James (Stacie) Hawley, all of Russells Point; 11 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; sisters, Sherry Prater and Judy (Robin) Horne, both of Russells Point, and Janet (Charles) Bland of Huntsville; a brother, Bob (Diane) Major of Huntsville; and many nieces and nephews.
She was also preceded in death by the father of her children, Richard Hawley; a sister, Shiela Little; and a brother, Buzz Major.
Angela attended Christian Victory Tabernacle Church in Wapakoneta. She loved being around her kids and grandkids. Angela enjoyed camping, bird watching, and especially playing the card game Skip-Bo.
Pastor David Mowery will officiate a funeral service at noon Tuesday, Nov. 7, at Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 321 N. Main St., Bellefontaine, where visitation is two hours prior to the service. Burial will be in the Huntsville Cemetery.
