He was treated, cleared medically and released to Columbus police who charged him with operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.

Driver faces OVI charge
Timothy G. Cerwinsky, 51, of 1808 County Road 1, was charged Thursday with operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and cited for failure to drive in the marked lanes of the road, failure to control and speeding.
Around 1:25 a.m., an officer on patrol observed a sport utility vehicle run over the curb as it was driven northbound from 68 Grill, 1141 S. Main St. The motorist drove outside his lane of travel while slowing to turn eastbound on Lake Avenue.
The officer followed and observed the motorist zigzag repeatedly in his lane and speed up to 35 mph in a 25-mph zone.
Additional marked lanes violations were observed before the officer initiated a stop on Colton Avenue near Ludlow Road.
Upon detecting an odor of alcohol while talking with the motorist, the officer initiated a series of field sobriety tests.
Those tests indicated the motorist was impaired and he taken into custody. Breathalyzer samples came back at just over 0.20.
He was released to a sober relative.
