Tyler W. Clem, 22, at large, was charged Saturday with violation of a civil protection order and a probation violation after he used a woman’s cellular phone to send text messages to Kelsey Fox of Bellefontaine.
Officers tracked the messages to Sierrah Oldaker’s phone and located him inside her 817 Heritage Court, Apt. 66, residence.
He was lodged in jail.

Jacqueline L. Loy, 54, of 413 E. Sandusky Ave., faces more drug charges after officers found around 30 foil balls with black tar heroin in the car she was driving during a 5:25 p.m. traffic stop Saturday.
An officer of the Bellefontaine Police Department on patrol stopped her for traveling 10 mph over the posted 25-mph speed limit on east Brown Avenue. Upon speaking with the officers, she began to cry and claimed she needed to get home to her husband whom she claimed would not survive without her.
Records revealed she was wanted on two counts of aggravated possession of drugs, four count of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and a single count of possession of cocaine. She was taken into custody and the car was searched.
A plastic bag with the heroin was found inside. She now faces additional charges of possession of heroin and trafficking in drugs.
She was lodged in the Logan County Jail.
