City council races shaping up
Russells Point residents are the only voters in Logan County to see an issue on the May 2 primary ballot, although city voters in Bellefontaine’s Second Ward will see a Republican primary race for their representative to council, Logan County Elections directors report.
Filing deadline for issues and council candidates with party affiliations was Wednesday.
