Jessica J. Patrick, 36, of Bellefontaine, sustained possible injuries in a 4:45 p.m. two-vehicle crash Monday in the intersection of Main Street and Kent Drive, officers of the Bellefontaine Police Department report.
She was southbound in a sport utility vehicle and attempted to turn left onto Kent. The SUV collided with a northbound tractor-trailer operated by Ungray Burden, 48, of Macon, Ga.
A Bellefontaine squad responded to the scene but it did not transport Patrick to a hospital, according to crash reports.
Patrick was cited for a failure to yield violation.
• Jerry A. Karch, 58, of Wapakoneta, was cited for a red light violation after a two-vehicle crash at 11:45 a.m. Monday in the intersection of Main Street and Gunntown Road.
He was southbound in a sport utility vehicle and failed to stop for a red light, officers report. His SUV entered the path of westbound car operated by Nathan D. Weber, 78, of Bellefontaine.
Damage was light to the vehicles.
Resident charged for loose dog
Linda S. Robinson, 61, of 541 W. Auburn Ave., was issued a summons Monday for having a dog at large. A dog at her residence was loose and bit a neighbor’s dog which was leased and walking with its owner, Matt Stonerock, around 1:25 p.m.
Probationer lodged
Kara R. Anderson, 38, of 321 Richard Ave., was taken into custody Monday for a probation violation and lodged in the Logan County Jail.
