Jennifer L. Buehler, 46, of Dayton, was charged Sunday with OVI and cited for a marked lanes violation, improper turn, failure to use a turn signal and weaving.
She was stopped around 1:15 a.m. after an officer of the Bellefontaine Police Department on patrol observed the violations as she drove south on Main Street and then east on Lake Avenue.
The officer observed indications that she was affected by drugs, most likely a stimulant, and took her into custody.
A urine sample was collected and submitted for testing.
Buehler, who reported she is under treatment for heart issues, was released to Bellefontaine paramedics for transport to Mary Rutan Hospital for treatment of extraordinarily high blood pressure.
