Marcel DeAngelo Shazier, 24, of 1101 W. Columbus Ave., Apt. B, was arrested Tuesday on a warrant for failure to provide notice of address change as a sex offender.
Officers of the Bellefontaine Police Department located him in the apartment building and took him into custody. He was lodged in the Logan County Jail.
