Benjamin Logan and Bellefontaine’s competition cheerleading teams competed at the Best In State Championships Sunday put on by the Ohio High School Cheer Coaches Association at Denison University.

The Raiders placed third out of four teams in the Division III-IV building division and the Chieftains finished eighth out of 14 teams in the Division III non-building division with 75.8 points. St. Clarisville won the Division III non-building state championship with 94 points.

Benjamin Logan also competed in the 30th annual state cheer competition Saturday at the Ohio State inside St. John Arena. The Raiders placed second in their division.
