The team competed against six other career centers in the state to complete a landscape installation from a given blueprint in less than six hours in the middle of the trade show. Installations were judged on safety, industry standards and presentation.
Industry coach Chad Carpenter from All About Landscaping assisted the team. Cole Carpenter is the outdoor careers instructor at Ohio Hi-Point Career Center.
