Otis C. Walton Jr., 50, of 390 Belle Meadows Drive, was charged Sunday with OVI and cited for driving under suspension and marked lanes.
While on patrol around 2:30 a.m., an officer observed Walton’s southbound car drift toward the center turn lane in the 1400 block of south Main Street. The motorist then turned left onto Kent Drive and crossed the center twice before stopping at Wright Street. He was stopped after turning northbound.
Field sobriety tests indicated he was impaired by alcohol. He provided a urine sample for testing.
