Despite approaching the drug epidemic from every conceivable angle, the problem continues to worsen, Montgomery County law enforcement officers told members of the local law enforcement and addiction treatment communities.

But still, they keep pushing forward in their efforts in hopes that each life touched is one step closer to a long-term solution to the problem.
“Everything we are doing hasn’t slowed the pace,” Bruce Langos, chairman of the Montgomery County Drug Free Coalition and director of the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Intelligence Unit, said at a Friday meeting at the West Liberty office of Consolidated Care Inc.
