CLEVENGER |
Jason Clevenger, 34, of 1028 Heritage Court, Bellefontaine, was charged with disorderly conduct and was issued a civil protection order violation following an incident Sunday at a residence near DeGraff.
Deputies of the Logan County Sheriff’s Office responded about 2:25 p.m. to 645 S. Township Road 33 in reference to a suspicious person.
Lisa Colley, 52, and David Pennington, 49, both of Bellefontaine, reported that they were landscaping at the residence when they were approached by a shirtless man. Ms. Colley contacted deputies who arrived and identified the man as Mr. Clevenger.
The defendant could not explain how he got to the residence or who brought him there. Deputies noticed he showed signs of impairment and a records check determined that he had been served a CPO prohibiting him from being at this residence, where he previously resided.
Deputies noted that the reporting parties did not know the defendant, and had no connection to the CPO. Mr. Clevenger was lodged in the Logan County Jail.
