New faces at the Logan County Fair this year include two interns from Champaign County who are guiding the Logan County 4-H program, which has been left without a 4-H educator since Annie Mead’s last day April 30.
Darcie Zirkle of St. Paris, a 2014 agriculture science graduate of Ohio State University, has been on board since the first of June and will be among five candidates interviewing for the full-time 4-H educator position July 25. She has shown cattle and swine and completed sewing projects in the Champaign County Fair.
