Members of the Logan County Unified Drug Task Force conducted a traffic stop Thursday that resulted in the seizure of a large amount of methamphetamine, along with cash.
During the stop just east of West Liberty on State Route 245, the driver, Nathaniel E. Ripley, 39, of West Liberty, was arrested on a warrant for trafficking in methamphetamine.
Detectives located a large amount of meth during the stop, and reportedly seized $654 cash.
Ripley was lodged in the Logan County Jail and charged with trafficking in methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine.
