Deputies of the Logan County Sheriff’s Office are looking for William L. Baumgardner, 27, a Tier I sex offender who has failed to register his current address.
The five-foot, 10-inch tall white male weighing 175 pounds was convicted of importuning in 2012 for an incident involving a 14-year-old female.
