The Ohio Hi-Point Career Center Board of Education learned what it’s like to compete at the international level from two Marysville DECA Chapter students during a regularly scheduled board meeting Wednesday evening.

DECA members John Eshem and Kaylor Ramey, recent graduates of Ohio Hi-Point’s supply chain management satellite program at Marysville High School, competed at the DECA International Career Development Conference in Nashville, Tenn., during April.
Ms. Ramey competed in restaurant and food service management and placed in the top 35 in the world.
Mr. Eshem competed in professional selling after winning first place at the Ohio DECA Career Development Conference in March.
This is the first year for the Ohio Hi-Point SCM satellite program and DECA Chapter at Marysville High School. The instructor is J.J. Martin.
