Bellefontaine’s boys basketball team made a solid transition to the Division I sectional tournament last season. The Chiefs hope to build on that as they prepare to open the postseason Friday night.
A year ago, Bellefontaine upset Northmont in the opening round before falling in a tight game against a talented Springboro squad.
“That experience showed our guys that they can play with a lot of Division I schools,” said Bellefontaine head coach Jason Calton.
