Brenda Jean Eisenhut passed away at her home in Russells Point on Thursday Sept. 22, 2016.
She was born Sept. 5, 1939, in Sidney, a daughter of the late Lawson and Betty Smith.
On Sept. 11, 1965 , she married her childhood sweetheart, the late Jerry Eisenhut.
Survivors include four children, Deidre (Jeff) Brose of Bogart, Ga., Debra (Jim) Watterson of Brooklyn, Mich., David (Krissy) Eisenhut of Scotts Valley, Calif., and Dustin (Amy Cavanaugh) Eisenhut of Lakeview; eight grandchildren, Nick Marchione of Seattle, Wash., Lacy (Chaz) Smith of Phoenix, Ariz., Dylin and Dallas Eisenhut, both of of Scotts Valley, Calif., Shayla and Spencer Brose of Bogart, Ga., and Katie and Ian Eisenhut, both of Scotts Valley, Calif. and two sisters, Sharon Rudy and Sharma Selander, both of Sidney.
She also was preceded in death by one granddaughter, Allyson Eisenhut.
Brenda enjoyed working in banking and taking care of her family. She loved to dance and ran the office of Scotts Valley Dance Center, where all the kids called her “Grandma,” before returning to Ohio after retirement.
She was dearly loved and will be missed by many.
