Affordable Gas and Electric, the company asking Bellefontaine, Belle Center, DeGraff and Quincy voters to approve a ballot measure that could help residents save on electric and gas bills, is hosting a second round of public hearings in each municipality.
Details on the aggregation ballot measures that will appear on the Nov. 8 general election will be presented at the remaining public hearings:
• DeGraff — Village Council Chambers, 7 p.m. Oct. 4
• Quincy — Village Council Chambers, 7 p.m. Oct. 4
• Bellefontaine — Council Chambers, 7 p.m. Oct. 11
• Belle Center — Village Council Chambers, 6:30 p.m. Oct. 11
