Dillon L. Repass, 25, of London, Ohio, was charged with a felony count of domestic violence related to an incident early Saturday morning at his father’s residence, 365 Byers St., Lakeview.
Deputies of the Logan County Sheriff’s Office responded to his father Stephen Repass’ residence about 1:50 a.m. Stephen reported that his son was out of control fighting with him and breaking windows out of the home.
His father then advised that Dillon had left the house and was walking on foot in the area of U.S. Route 33 and Harrison Avenue.
Deputies located him and observed that he was covered in blood.
Dillon told deputies that he had been in a bar fight that evening, and then said at his father’s residence, Stephen allegedly had threatened him with a knife and had tried to choke him. Deputies observed the odor of alcohol on his person.
He was transported by deputies to the Indian Lake EMS building for medical treatment.
Deputies went to his father’s residence, and also spoke with a neighbor who had been awakened about 1:30 a.m. that day when Dillon knocked on her door asking to use her phone. She said in the meantime, Stephen called her and told her that law enforcement had been called in reference to Dillon’s actions.
The neighbor said Dillon then made threats and slammed her door as he left. She said she then observed an altercation between Dillon and Stephen, where Dillon punched out a window and tried to punch at his father. Dillon reportedly was knocked to the ground by his father and then kicked at his father.
Dillon was placed under arrest and transported to the Logan County Jail after he was released from care at Mary Rutan Hospital for his injuries. Deputies also note he was charged with domestic violence in August.
