H1N1 vaccination clinics scheduled

The Logan County Health District will conduct H1N1 vaccination clinics specifically for health care providers who provide direct patient care from noon to 2 p.m. and 4 to 6 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday at the 310 S. Main St. facility.

The vaccine provided at the clinic is the H1N1 FluMist for individuals under the age of 50 who are healthy and are not pregnant.

Pre-registration is required for this clinic. Visit https://h1n1vaccine.odh.ohio.gov/ to register and take a printed copy of the two-page registration form with you. Quantities are limited.
