The West Liberty Lions Club hosts the annual West Liberty Labor Day Festival, slated for Saturday, Sept. 2, through Monday, Sept. 4, at Lions Park.
The parade is staged beginning at noon Saturday, Sept. 2, from the downtown area to the park, followed by a 2 p.m. performance by the West Liberty-Salem marching band at the main field.
Throughout the weekend, the antique equipment show takes place, with the Farmall M as the featured tractor this year. Other festival activities include live music, kids games and carnival games, rides, a petting zoo, flea market, craft tent, sawmill and thrashing demonstrations, duck races and dunk tank.
Another highlight is a concert by Christian recording artist Jordan Feliz at 7 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 3, at the main field, hosted by Shine FM and Colepak.

Friday, Sept. 1 — Bingo, 8 p.m. food tent.
Saturday, Sept. 2 — Beef dinner, 11 a.m. food tent; lawn mower and go-cart races, 3 p.m. pulling track; main field performers, Bob Lucas at 3 p.m., Loganairres at 4 p.m., Just 4 Fun Line Dancers 5 p.m., Mike Fittro 6 p.m., Timmy G & Co. 7 p.m., Gentlemen of the Road 8 p.m.; ice cream social, 5 p.m. food tent; bingo, 8 p.m. food tent.
Sunday, Sept. 3 — Antique tractor pull, noon, stock tractors only, must exhibit two days to pull; Dulcimers, 3 p.m. food tent; community church service, 6 p.m. food tent; bingo, 8 p.m. food tent.
Monday, Sept. 4 — Chicken barbecue, 11 a.m. food tent; kiddie tractor pull, 11 a.m.; Willie’s tug of war, 3 p.m. creek; tractor raffle, 5 p.m. Lions booth.
