Jeremy G. Ray, 39, at large, was arrested on warrants Monday after he was found inside 501 Gunntown Road, Lot 42, around 9:50 p.m.
Officers of the Bellefontaine Police Department were informed that Ray was in the residence and using a bathroom window as an ingress and egress point.
After numerous knocks and announcement of police presence, Ray was taken into custody and lodged in the Logan County Jail on warrants for felonious assault, domestic violence and failure to appear.
• Officers assisted the Russells Point Police Department while working the Mary Rutan Hospital detail on Sunday.
Russells Point officers brought Michael A. Fisher, 32, at large, to MRH after he became extremely agitated in need of treatment.
Upon his release, Bellefontaine officers served him with a felony warrant for possession of drugs and lodged him in jail.
• Cheyenna L. Gregory, 24, of 715 W. Chillicothe Ave., Apt. 6, was served a warrant Monday for failure to appear.
Teen charged
James H. Oliver, 15, of 1316 S. Detroit St., was charged Monday with delinquency breaking and entering.
Around 6:35 p.m., witnesses reported to police dispatchers a teenage boy was inside Blue Jacket Ice Cream, 1332 S. Main St.
James was spotted walking away from the business and was stopped for questioning. He admitted entering the building but denied that he forced his way in. He said he simply pulled on a door handle and the door opened, allowing him to walk in.
However, officers found evidence of prior marks and other damage to two doors.
