Donte Boddie, 34, of Springfield, and Christian S. Schoenberger, 23, at large, were arrested Saturday in a 3:15 p.m. traffic stop on Gunntown Road.
Officers of the Bellefontaine Police Department were running a drug interdiction operation in the area and stopped Mr. Boddie for driving a car without a front plate.
As part of the interaction with the suspects, the officers checked them for weapons and found more than a half ounce of crack cocaine.
Officers seized the drugs, $439 and several cellular phones.
They recovered three bags of marijuana from Mr. Schoenberger
Mr. Boddie has multiple prior arrests in the community for drug dealing. In 2013, he was sentenced to three years in prison for trafficking in drugs.

• Lindsey N. Foreman, 34, of 324 E. Chillicothe Ave., was charged Monday with a parole violation after Adult Parole Authority officers found paraphernalia related to crack cocaine abuse inside her residence. The items were collected by an officer as evidence.
