• Heidi M. Craig, 45, of 7515 W. Township Road 47, West Liberty, was charged Sunday with possession of methamphetamine after a 1:45 p.m. traffic stop on U.S. Route 68 north of West Liberty.
A deputy on patrol observed a car with dark window tint and initiated the stop to check the windows and found light transfer was 14 percent well below the allowable 50 percent.
