Jacob Wolfe, 15, of 525 N. Madriver St. was charged Wednesday with delinquency domestic violence and underage consumption of alcohol.
Officers of the Bellefontaine Police Department were called to the home at 6:45 a.m. where they met with Jacob’s mother, Sylvia Inskeep.
She reported the teen woke her this morning banging on her bedroom door and setting off firecrackers in the residence. She also found an empty bottle of wine in the living room.
He allegedly punched a hole in the master bedroom wall and threatened to slit his mother’s throat and let her die. She was able to get out of the room and onto the porch.
He followed and allegedly threw an ashtray and flower from the porch.
Officers spoke with Jacob and he admitted to drinking wine, punching holes in walls and threatening his mother. Officers report he thought it was funny and had a grin on his face.
He was taken custody and lodged in the Logan County Juvenile Detention Center.
