Home is always where Cameron Saylor has wanted to be.
Saylor, who scored more points than any Benjamin Logan boys basketball player in school history, returned to the program after a four-year career at Bluffton University.
He spent six seasons as an assistant coach for the Raiders. With a vacancy created by the recent departure of Matt McCurdy, the school has hired Saylor as the program’s head coach.
“It is really a dream come true for me,” said Saylor. “Ever since I played at Ben Logan, I wanted to eventually come back and coach here. I could not be more excited and grateful to have this opportunity.”
