Robert “Bobby” Arthur McClain Jr., 50, born Sept. 28, 1967, lost his fight with cancer Jan. 30, 2018, in his home surrounded by family and friends.
Bobby was born to the late Robert Arthur McClain and Deborah Romona Argabright McClain of Bellefontaine. He married his best friend and love of his life, Brandy Sue Williams on Jan. 25, 2018, in their home as his heart desired.
Bobby leaves behind five children, whom he loved and cherished more than life itself, Bryant, Kristy (Tyler), Dillon, Austin and Micah McClain; three bonus children through his marriage, Noah (Brittany), Darrell Lafferty and Precious Angel; two grandchildren, Arianna and Kaiden;his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Donald and Anna Crutcher; siblings, William Arthur, Rosilee Annette and Deborah Romona McClain; brothers-in-law, Matthew (Sara) and Phillip (Melissa) Dunseath; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Robert worked at Kroger in Bellefontaine as a butcher for more than 12 years. He then went on to be a cook at the 68 Bar and Grill.
Bobby was a joy to all who knew him. He will be dearly missed.
A Celebration of Life will be held from 6 to 8 p.m.Saturday, Feb.10, at the Grange Hall at the Logan County Fairgrounds, 301 E Lake Ave., Bellefontaine, through arrangements by Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton.
