Anthony Matthews, 34, Lakeview, was charged with criminal trespass Wednesday afternoon, the second time he was arrested within a week for the same offense.
Officers of the Washington Township Police Department were dispatched about 3:30 p.m. to 8890 Township Road 239, lot 27, in reference to a trespassing complaint.
Upon arrival, officers met with Mathews, who was advised he had been trespassed from the property and was not to be there. He stated he was there waiting for a ride after just getting out of jail for being arrested at the same place on Saturday for trespassing.
He was taken into custody and transported to the Logan County Jail.
Officers said the property owner has repeatedly communicated to Matthews that he is not welcome on that property.
