Tracy L. Janco, 55, of Bellefontaine, and Dina M. Dailey, 42, of Rushsylvania, each were transported by Robinaugh EMS and Bellefontaine EMS, respectively, to Mary Rutan Hospital for treatment of possible injuries sustained in a crash Wednesday afternoon.
Deputies of the Logan County Sheriff’s Office report Dailey was a passenger in a 2017 Ford Escape operated by Sheila L. Eagy, 62, of Rushsylvania.
Eagy reportedly was operating the northbound sport utility vehicle about 12:15 p.m. in the 2600 block of County Road 25 when she struck a U.S. Postal Service vehicle operated by Ranco that was stopped along the edge of the roadway, delivering mail.
Eagy did not report any injuries and was cited for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead. The occupants were wearing their seat belts. Damage was heavy to both vehicles, which were towed from the scene.
