Benjamin Logan’s volleyball team kept the pressure on host Indian Lake for a three-set win Thursday.

The Raiders won by scores of 25-10, 25-14, 25-23 in local Central Buckeye Conference play.
It was the Raiders’ fifth straight win. They are now 8-2 overall and 4-1 in the CBC Mad River division. The Lakers fall to 1-9, 0-5.
Molly Vance sparked Ben Logan’s attack with eight kills and six aces, Sarah VanDyke had 11 kills and three blocks, Stanleigh Archer tallied seven kills with two blocks, Kinzie Jones had 11 digs and Megan Hughes dished out 23 assists.
For the Lakers, Aubrey Grider had six kills, two aces, nine assists and six digs, Libby Cotterman had two kills and nine digs, Bethany Golliday had five kills and Kassidy Crockett added three kills and one block.
In junior varsity action, Ben Logan won in straight sets 25-15, 25-14. Kylie Frazier led the Radiers with 10 aces, four kills and seven assists, Olivia Roose had four aces, two kills and was 8-8 serving, Baylie LeVan had three aces and four digs, Sammie Green had three blocks, Sydney Kossel had four kills and Kenzie Deardorff added four digs.
Ben Logan hosts Riverside on Saturday and will host Fight For Family Day to raise funds for families battling cancer. The freshman match starts at 10 a.m. with the varsity contest scheduled for 2 p.m.
