There was little Benjamin Logan’s boys basketball team could do stop host Jonathan Alder on Tuesday during a 64-34 loss to the Pioneers in Central Buckeye Conference crossover action.
The Raiders fall to 5-13 overall as the Pioneers won their 11th straight game to improve to 15-2.
Jonathan Alder raced out to a 19-6 lead after the first quarter and dominated the second quarter 15-6. That vaulted the Pioneers to a 34-12 cushion at halftime.
Ben Logan was unable to mount a threat in the second half.
Trey Allen led Ben Logan with 11 points, Keaghan Stahler had seven points and Davantae Fahle chipped in six points.
In junior varsity action, Jonathan Alder dropped Ben Logan 43-27. Alec Rodenberger led the Raiders with 15 points.
Alder also took the freshman game 52-14.
Ben Logan travels to Northwestern on Friday for a CBC Mad River division contest.
