Benjamin Logan’s volleyball team handled visiting West Liberty-Salem with a three-set victory Tuesday 25-9, 25-15, 25-14 in a local non-league match.

The Raiders open the season at 1-0 as the Tigers drop to 0-2.
Bri Frazier led Ben Logan with 16 kills, Sarah VanDyke had eight blocks, Coreen Crosby piled up 27 points with 10 digs and five aces and Megan Hughes added 20 assists.
For WL-Salem, Tory Cordell had four kills, two blocks and eight digs, Kaylee Harrison had three kills and a block, Alex Burton tallied three kills, Olivia Ames had six digs and was 20-23 on serves received and Hallie Strapp recorded four digs.
