Two local drivers recorded feature wins as Shady Bowl Speedway completed the 2017 racing season Saturday.
Quincy’s Terry Eaton won the super compact feature, DeGraff’s Jason Purtee won the pure stock main and the street stocks’ “Run What Ya Brung” night thrilled race fans.

Eaton took the lead on lap seven of the super compact and never looked back on his way to victory. Justin Pope, Brooks Horseman, Nick Barrett and Eddie Kemp rounded out the top five.
In pure stock action, Purtee recorded his sixth win of the season. Track champion Zach Doolin settled for second, Jimmy McElfresh was third and Don Pyles came in fourth.
