Paul L. Terrill, 82, of Ridgeway passed away Friday, June 5, 2020, in Marion General Hospital due to complications of COVID-19.
He was born in Ridgeway on June 14, 1937, the son of the late Ralford L. and Dortha Jane (Corwin) Terrill. He was also preceded in death by a sister, Alice Marie Hassler, and a brother, James E. Terrill.
He is survived by his sister, Phyllis (Philip) Seitz of Hale, Mich., a sister-in-law, Sara Terrill of Ridgeway, five nieces and nephews; Rebecca (Joseph) McKee, Susan Seitz, Mark (Robin) Seitz, Robert Hassler, and Beth (Hal) Richer and several great nieces and nephews.
Paul was a 1955 graduate of Ridgeway School and went on to serve his country in the United States Air Force. He was a life-long farmer and was always a willing neighbor and good friend. He kept active with the Ridgeway/Ridgemont School Alumni and was a member of the Rushsylvania First United Presbyterian Church. He donated blood for many years and had recorded many gallons over time.
Rev. Philip Seitz, his brother-in-law, will officiate a private graveside service in the Rushsylvania Cemetery. Military honors will be provided by the Logan County Veteran Honor Guard.
