Jeremy M. Lowe, 33, of London, was charged with possession of marijuana and having an open container of alcohol in motor vehicle after a 2:35 a.m. traffic stop Saturday. A passenger in the pickup truck, Kelsi R. Butts, 28, of London, was arrested on a felony Galia County warrant for possession of heroin.

He also participated in field sobriety tests and officers did not observe signs of impairment.
Lowe and another female passenger were released to a sober driver.
