Officers of the Bellefontaine Police Department respond to the scene of a two-vehicle, non-injury crash about 3:55 p.m. Monday on Madriver Street at Chillicothe Avenue. Karen L. Cordova, 53, of Bellefontaine, was issued a traffic citation for a red light violation. Officers report she was northbound Madriver Street and her car hit a westbound car operated by Nathan C.
