Deputies of the Logan County Sheriff’s Office cited Cameron Kohler, 17, of Delaware, for failure to yield following a two-car crash that occurred Wednesday about 4:39 p.m. at the intersection of county roads 153 and 28 near Mad River Mountain. According to a crash report, the teenage motorist was westbound on C.R. 153 when he failed to adequately stop at a stop sign at C.R. 28 and traveled into the path of a southbound vehicle operated by Randi Fahle, 33, of West Liberty. Fahle reported minor injuries. Neither Kohler nor four other juvenile passengers in the Kohler sport-utility vehicle were injured. Functional front-end damage was reported to the SUV.
