Jordan Ritchie II, 60, of 8976 Shoreline Drive, Lakeview, was charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and violating a civil protection order related to an incident Wednesday evening.

At 6:43 p.m., deputies received a report from the protected party, who resides at the same address as the defendant, that Ritchie had been at the residence and that he had just driven away intoxicated.
When deputies arrived on the scene, they found Ritchie’s vehicle parked at the end of Shoreline Drive, and it appeared that he had moved his vehicle from the driveway at his residence.
While speaking with Ritchie, deputies observed that he displayed signs of impairment. He told deputies that “some guy” drove his vehicle for him from the residence. He refused to submit to field sobriety tests.

While speaking with her, deputies observed that she displayed signs of impairment. She told them that she “was just a bad driver, especially at night.”
