Trae C. Toler, 37, of 500 Gunntown Road, Apt. G2, was charged Thursday with trademark counterfeiting, illegal use of food stamps or WIC progam benefits, possession of cocaine and illegal use of drug paraphernalia.
Around 1:15 p.m., officers of the Bellefontaine Police Department responded to Community Market, 309 N. Main St., after employees reported he was a suspect who tried earlier to use a fake $50 bill. He was observed walking westbound on west Sandusky Avenue and taken into custody.
They recovered a pipe used for smoking crack cocaine and a small rock of the drug, a bogus $50 bill, two different Ohio driver’s licenses and three EBT cards, one with his name and two for other people.
He was lodged in the Logan County Jail.
