Paramedics with Bellefontaine Fire and EMS Department load Larry Blosser, 15, of Bellefontaine, into an ambulance after a 7:45 p.m. Thursday pedestrian crash in the 900 block of south Main Street. He was transported to Mary Rutan Hospital and then transferred to another hospital for further treatment. He is expected to be OK, officers of the Bellefontaine Police Department report. According to preliminary information, he ran eastbound across Main into the path of southbound car operated by Matthew Comer, 36, of Bellefontaine, who braked and swerved left. Larry hit the right front corner of the car, flipped onto the hood and into the left side windshield. He landed 20 feet from the impact site. He was cited for crossing outside a crosswalk.
