Thomas F. Snyder Jr., 30, of Kenton, was charged with a felony count of possession of drugs and a misdemeanor count of public intoxication following an incident Monday morning at his workplace.
Deputies and Allen Township EMS responded about 12:20 a.m. to NEX, 13900 State Route 287, East Liberty, on a report of a man who had passed out in the break room.
Deputies observed a strong odor of alcohol on Mr. Snyder when they arrived, and after he woke up, deputies found prescription pills in his pocket. The pills were identified as tramadol hydrochloride, a schedule four drug.
He was arrested and transported to the jail.
