Madge Marilyn Crook, 86, of Bellefontaine and formerly of Belle Center passed away on Tuesday, November 3, 2020 in Mary Rutan Hospital.
She was born in Belle Center, Ohio on August 29, 1934, the daughter of the late Lloyd Richard and Kathryn (Carr) Schultz. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Crook.
She is survived by her brother, Ted (Penny) Schultz of Belle Center, her nephew, Thad Schultz of Dayton and niece, Kimberlee (Steve) Ramsey of West Liberty and several great nieces and nephews.
Madge enjoyed time with her family and loved to play the piano.
Pastor Philip Pockras will officiate a graveside service on Friday, November 6, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. in Fairview Cemetery, Belle Center.
