Eclipse attracts eager viewers

While Monday’s partial eclipse was a pretty cool sight for local residents who got to go out and see it, it was just a taste what might be in store six years, seven months and 19 days from now.
“I was pleased with the turnout and that people shared and were kind,” Logan County Libraries’ Children’s Librarian Ariel Harris said after the viewing party at the Knowlton Library. “But seven years from now, we know what to expect and we’re going to encourage everyone to be prepared. Buy your glasses in advance and plan ahead.”
