Lois Marie Hardman, 82, of Middleburg, passed away Friday, July 15, 2022, at the home of her son, John.
She was born in Sidney on April 8, 1940, a daughter of the late James and Norma Short Grow.
She also was preceded in death by two brothers, John and Jim Grow, and three sisters, June Blosser, Marion Norton and Dixie Boysel.
She is survived by sons, John Guider of Bellefontaine, Tracy (Amy Dixon) Hardman of York Center and Gary (Angela) Guider of Missouri; grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Colyn (Ashley) Hall, Layden; Morgan (Dustin) Guider, Bella, Emma, Kennedy, Emron; Leander Dixon, James; Brandon Hardman; Heather (Jimmy) McNicol, Asher, Aurora, Myles, Onyx, Randi; Victoria (Quentin) Perry, Lavayah, Adelina; Jennifer Guider, Mila, Audrey; Jonathon, Kyle, Cole, Logan, Jared Guider; brother-in-law, Dave (Ruth) Hardman, and many nieces and nephews.
She was a cook at the Holiday Inn for 30 years. She also prepared food at the Middleburg gas station for her local community.
She loved cooking and baking as her family get togethers will be greatly missed, but forever remembered.
It was no secret that Lois loved the color purple and her fondness of leopard print clothing. She was also an avid collector of Precious Moments and don’t forget the “BINGO.”
She enjoyed motorcycle rides and yard selling with her son John. Also had a passion for gardening. Her flower beds, friends and family will miss her.
A church service and celebration of life will be conducted at a later date.
