Good behavior on the playground at Indian Lake Elementary School was the focus of the first Laker Zone Assembly of the year. The “Zone Busters” were back to remind students how to take turns, play well with others and use equipment properly while at play.

The Laker Zone is a long-time grant program that encourages students to help others, resist bullying and be hard workers in the classroom. One person per class was awarded a Laker Zone shirt for being “n the zone” for the first nine weeks.
